Jillyan returned to Night Light in 2020 as Chief Improvement Officer. She brings a Ms. Fix It mentality and an insatiable desire to see the growth of every individual who gives the company life. People, processes, communication, resources — she is always poised to get into the trenches of Night Light at every level.
