In 2006, like many of our leaders here at Night Light, Derrick came on originally as a field laborer. He distinguished himself as a go-getter and high-octane team member, earning him the title of crew chief by 2013. The man is a bull. He can outwork anyone, and his noteworthy, rigorous work ethic is thoroughly respected. We are proud to have him train our newest crew members.
