Paul began as a field laborer for the installation team, and has since been mentored by the service team to learn all their tips and tricks. Over his time so far, he has dedicated himself to learning proper techniques and helping new teammates learn as well. Paul brings great ideas and always looks to improve what he and his crew contribute! He now leads a crew to accomplish small installations as well as maintenance work.
